Erin Melley, PA-C, is a seasoned Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology in New York City. Tahira Macedo, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant in NYC with a specialization in adult and pediatric dermatology. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Tahira pursued her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Florida, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Health Education and Behavior. She furthered her education at Florida International University, obtaining a master's degree in physician assistant studies. During her time in PA school, Tahira's academic achievements were recognized with the Capstone Merit Award for her thesis studies. She also received a scholarship from the Miami Veteran's Affairs Hospital during her clinical rotations in internal medicine and general surgery. Her training included an advanced clinical rotation in pediatric dermatology at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, where she later began her professional journey.

At Nicklaus Children's Hospital, Tahira gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating both common and complex adult and pediatric dermatologic conditions. Specializing in the management of congenital vascular birthmarks like infantile hemangiomas and port wine stains, Tahira demonstrated her expertise in pediatric dermatology during this time. Following her time at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, Tahira pursued further specialization in general pediatric medicine through a fellowship with a prominent pediatric association in Florida.
